Summer season is the perfect time to incorporate a dynamic food station into your event. Not only do they offer a chance for guests to mingle whilst enjoying a substantial menu, but also the freedom to get creative with a wealth of styling options.
With so many choices, we wanted to share a few of our most popular food stations for this year…
Best of Street Food Station
Think Slow cooked pork belly bao bun, gochujang caramel, pickled chilli and sriracha mayonnaise; Lamb spare ribs, sticky garlic and chilli glaze, coriander; and Buttermilk chicken burger, Szechuan caramel, tamarind slaw and smoked cheese.
For discerning pescatarians there’s Crispy cod taco in soft tortilla, chipotle mayonnaise, lime and paprika (as featured in the Mexican Street Food Station pictured top); Seaweed tempura, caper dust and whipped cod’s roe; and guilty pleasure Prawn katsu fish finger sandwich, curry sauce.

Featuring a veritable smorgasbord of European delights, these tasty bites and mini-meals can be presented in a variety of ways, such as a luxurious tapas-style feast…

A lighter selection could include BBQ scallop bao, bacon jam, fried pickles; King prawn skewers, lime and black pepper mayonnaise; BBQ sea bass, lemongrass steamed rice, galangal and lime leaf and vegetarian options such as BBQ potato salad, charred pickled shallots, smoked sour cream; BBQ aubergine, miso and passionfruit caramel, candied pecan and BBQ halloumi, smoked tomato sauce, basil and mint salad.
A myriad of options….
We have many more food station styles with which to wow your guests… A touch of decadence on a balmy Summer’s evening, our Seafood Station offers a wow factor with its dramatic ice sculpture base.
Our vibrant Spiced Food Station showcases a pan-Asian selection of authentic dishes that may inject bold flavours and colours into an event space.
